Learn how to access and edit previously-created documents

Every document you create on FormSwift is automatically saved to your My Documents tab and can be changed at any time. To make these changes:
  1. Log into your FormSwift account
  2. Under the My Documents tab, find the document you’d like to edit
    • By default, the most recent documents are at the top of the list
  3. Click on the document name (in blue)

    • If your document has a "PDF" tag next to its name, you'll be taken to a PDF editor where you can edit the information you previously entered or add more text, signatures, checkmarks, and images
    • If your document doesn't have a "PDF" tag next to its name, you'll be taken to a document template where you can update or continue to fill out your answers
