Help with resetting your password
Having trouble accessing your FormSwift account? Once you regain access, you'll be able to manage your documents through My Documents, edit files with our PDF editor, or create new ones using our template library.
To reset your password, please click on the "Forgot password" button via the following link:
/forgot-password
Once you have entered your account email, you will receive an email with a link where you can change your password (please check your spam folder if you do not see this email in your inbox). Please note that password resets can take up to fifteen minutes to show up in your email account. Please do not reset your password again during this time.
If the password reset email does not show up in your inbox or spam folders, please add our address (info@formswift.com) to your address book or whitelist it with your email domain.
When you enter your new password please press confirm to save it. You will then be brought to a screen where you can log into your account with your new password.
