Understanding Your FormSwift Charges
Common questions about your FormSwift subscription, billing, and account management
Who is FormSwift, and why does it say Dropbox?
- FormSwift is a document creation and management service, now owned by Dropbox. You may see either name in the charge descriptor on your bank statement.
Why am I seeing a charge from FormSwift on my credit card?
- This charge likely reflects a subscription you started after signing up for a trial with FormSwift. When you created or downloaded a document, you may have opted into a trial that automatically converts into a monthly subscription unless canceled.
What is included in my FormSwift subscription?
- As a subscriber, you receive:
- Unlimited access to our library of professionally crafted document templates
- Ability to upload, customize/edit, and sign your PDFs
- Request signatures from others on your documents
- Download documents in Word or PDF, or print paper copies
How do I cancel my subscription?
- If you no longer need FormSwift, you can cancel your subscription by:
- Login into your FormSwift account
- Clicking on the Account Settings tab
- At the bottom of the page, you'll find a "Subscription Settings" section, click the "Update or Cancel" button
- Click the "Cancel" button within the newly opened modal
- Click the "Cancel Plan Anyway" button
- Click the "Yes, Cancel My Plan Now" button
